Whats the latest we can do a half day?
Our last departure time is 1230 pm, so arrive by 1200 pm to get checked in!
What is the security deposit for and cost?
The security deposit is a $2500 Hold on any major credit card with the active funds available. This is to cover the cost of damages a customer may incure during their adventure.
How Long Will You Hold My Deposit?
It will take up to 2 business days to see your deposit refunded. Depending on the bank, your refund could be pending for up to 7 days.
Do Your Rental Vehicles Have Windshields?
No. There are no full windshields in the vehicles.
May We Hook Up Our Phones to Your Vehicles?
Yes. You can charge your phone using an adapter we can provide.
Is It Cheaper to Rent for Multiple Days?
We offer a discount for multi-day and multi-vehicle rentals.
Are We Required to Wear Goggles and Helmets?
Yes. Eye protection is mandatory for all participants by state law. Arizona law also requires the use helmets all participants under the age of 18 and are strongly recommend for everyone.
Can you purchase a rental for someone else online?
Yes! However, the person listed for the booking must be present on the day to ride. So make sure you put it under their name!
Can I bring my dog?
The vehicles are open units and a pet can become a liabilty for customer safety and damage. Customers assume all liability for any damages caused by their pets. Customers assume all responsibility for their pets' well being.
What’s all included in the rental?
Along with the vehicle and recommended trail routes, we also include helmets, goggles, ice chests, and bungees if needed. Customer is required to refuel the vehicle (91 octane/premium)
Do you guys offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer them in our shop for all rides. Give a gift card of any amount! Speak with our friendly staff to find gift certificates for and SxS rentals throughout Arizona.
May I bring my child?
Are there local trails?
There are plenty of trails nearby and we'd be happy to recommend the best trail you and your group.
How old do I have to be to drive?
All drivers must be 18 or older to drive the vehicle. Minimum of 25 years or older to operate a turbo.
Can we ride a vehicle straight out of your business?
Yes, our vehicles are street-legal and road-ready. No trailering required.
What is your Cancelation Policy?
3 days (72 Hours) or more in advance is a full refund.
2 days (48 hours) is a 50% refund.
24 hours or less is no refund.
If we have to cancel your booking due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances on our end you will receive a full refund.
Changing your booking date is subject to availability.
